Text message consent

Effective September 28, 2026

M.L.T. Cloud Carriers sends operations text messages only to people who agree to receive them: our own personnel, our contracted Operators, and the company owner. We don't text customers, brokers, or the public, and we don't send marketing.

How people sign up

  1. During onboarding, the person receives our written Text Message Consent form, on paper or electronically.
  2. They enter their own mobile number and check the consent box themselves. The box is never pre-checked, and saying no has no effect on hiring or contracting.
  3. They sign and date the form, and we keep it with their records.
  4. We send one confirmation text to that number:

M.L.T. Cloud Carriers: Reminder, your medical card expires in 30 days. Upload the new card on your tablet. Reply STOP to opt out.
